Seminar Overview
This seminar is broken into 2 parts;
Session 1- Remote– You will receive an email to complete an Insights assessment from the Prouty Project. You will need to submit the assessment via email to the Prouty Project so they can combine the results and chart out the Teambuilding exercises.
Session 2- In Person- November 29, 2023 9a-5p– Facilitators from the Prouty Project will review the Insights and Emotional Intelligence 2.0 concepts and how they relate to our day to day lives as well as how we interact and motivate others. From there we will participate in teambuilding exercises to help enhance our relationships as well as partnerships within the region. This is a fun interactive session.
Prouty Project has been in strategic consulting and executive team development for over 30 years. They are an industry leading consultant group who is highly regarded. The foundation to concepts within this seminar are; Leading Self, Leading Others; Leading The Team. The Prouty Project facilitated the 1st MESB Teambuilding class with regional EMS, Fire and Emergency Management partners which was a huge success and highly recommended to run a 2nd cohort.

ICS 300 November 2026 Blaine, MN

ICS-300 is a 3-day course that provides an in-depth focus on the NIMS Incident Command System (ICS) that includes the tools, practices and procedures that are available in ICS to effectively manage emergency incidents at a local Type 3 level – All Hazards Event. This course expands upon information covered in ICS-100 & ICS-200 and ensures that responders understand the basic ICS concepts that allow an incident management organization to expand and contract at needed to fit the incident and maintain its operation effectiveness.
