The MESB offices are located at the corner of University Avenue and Transfer Road, two blocks north of Interstate 94 and six blocks east of Highway 280.
ICS-400 is a 2-day course from which students will understand how NIMS components support the management of an expanding incident. This course expands upon information covered in IS 100, IS 200, IS 700, IS 800 and ICS 300. The course addresses area command and staff issues along with the planning, logistical, and fiscal considerations associated with complex incident management and inter-agency coordination.

- IS-100 Introduction to Incident Command
- IS-200 ICS for Single Resources & Initial Action Incidents
- IS-700 An Introduction to National Incident Management System (ICS)
- IS-800 National Response Network, An Introduction
- IS-300 Intermediate ICS for Expanding Incidents
